COAL-FIRED HORIZONTAL BOILER
· Wide fire box, the flames rose high, fuel burn out. Heat source is absorbed thouroughly, so it is saved maximum.
· The installation is steady with high quality of appurtenaces and enough erection equipments.
· Sash is on-off easily, so it is easy to operate and no need for the replacement of Zoong and bolt.
· Sash which is used for pulling out the ash is small and light because of non deposition residual ash. We pull out the ash about once per 3 to 6 months, so manufaction does not come to a standstill.
· Water economizer is installed in the burner, so heat efficiency is increased. Therefore, the fuel is saved, service life is increased, exhaust fume tempreture is lower.
· The wet dust precipitator, Inox chimney will dedust thoroughly (there is no red at chimney head). Operating cost is very low because of no need for supplying the water regularly (1.5m3/month), so contributing to protect the enviroment.
